The tradition of celebrating one of the greatest Christian holidays, "Easter", is marked every year by Berovo Municipality with the organization of a grand Easter celebration at Dimitar Berovski Square in Berovo.

The main attractions of the celebration are the contests for the most beautifully decorated egg and the hardest Easter egg, with prizes provided from the Berovo Municipality budget.

An indispensable part of the Easter celebration is the cultural-artistic program that fills Dimitar Berovski Square, with the atmosphere enhanced by KUD "Dimitar Berovski" from Berovo, performing several traditional Maleshevo men's and women's dances, as well as performances by artists from the Macedonian entertainment scene and several local music groups.
