For the Holy Trinity holiday, the "Trujchindeski Rusinski Sredbi" (Trinity Rusinovo Gatherings) are held in Rusinovo village, when the village is filled with people and the sounds of zurlas and drums can be heard from afar.

Many people gather in the center of Rusinovo village, when residents and many guests traditionally celebrate the great feast of the "Holy Trinity".

Several years ago, the organizing committee, in cooperation with Berovo Municipality and several private sector companies, organized a rich cultural-artistic program under the name "Trujchindeski Rusinski Sredbi", which is expected to grow into a tradition in the future.

The celebration begins with a performance by students from "Nikola Petrov Rusinski" Primary School from Rusinovo, followed by performances by several groups from KUD "Dimitar Berovski" from Berovo, several groups from the Berovo Pensioners' Association, and the central celebration is concluded with a performance by an artist from the Macedonian entertainment scene.

In addition to the central village celebration, the local population of Rusinovo also marks this holiday with family celebrations.
